The Battle Is On

Missions. A major component of who we are at Brookwood and at Frontline is missions. It is the means of building the church of Jesus Christ and Satan will do ANYTHING to stop it.

Special Note: This is Easter Sunday… yes we will be meeting. Come ready for the FSM Easter Egg hunt!

The Bible is not silent about the use and abuse of alcohol. This week we are going to talk about binge drinking and the physical damage that can happen. If you’ve ever had questions on this subject… you won’t want to miss this week.

Join us this week as we look at the judgements of Satan by God, his final defeat at the end of the millennium, and his eternity in the lake of fire!

Sunday (2.7.10)

Join us tonight @ Brookwood’s Youth House for a fun night watching the Super Bowl. Bring a snack and a drink. We’ll order pizza for the number who are there at kick-off. Bring a friend if you want. Couches will be in place.

Most Brookwood ABF’s are having Super Bowl parties and I know many of you will be at some of those with your families.

Madness

I’ve got to admit something to you. Watching you guys rip each others shoulders off trying to throw your friends into the “poison” chair was hilarious. From what all of you were saying, Poison is a game that will definitely make a return at some point with FSM Sunday Nights.

I know we give out the sugary goodies following our opening madness but I wanted to dish out a bit more mushiness. I love hanging out with you guys. These past 6 weeks have been a blast for me as your youth pastor! I’ve missed Sunday Nights for sure but the 2009 introduction of FSM Sunday Nights has taken it to a whole new level

All this to say: Thanks!
