Conspiracy at the train station in Charlotte… or are they huddling in the cold?

ATTENTION: SUPERBOWL DETAILS ARE HERE!

Every student traveling with us to Charlotte this weekend needs to read this information and be prepared.  Please inform your parents of this information as well. If you are not on time or have not made arrangements, you may be left behind.

Liability Release Forms – #1 Must Have. Every student must have one on file. It is good for all events in 2009-2010. Only students who went on Mission:NY09 have one on file. Everyone else must have one of these filled out and signed before we go. Click to get one!

Schedule:

Friday Afternoon/Night/Saturday Morning

3:00-4:00 - Arrive at Brookwood Church ready to leave. Bring a sandwich or fast food to eat ON THE WAY. We will NOT be stopping on the way to Charlotte for food.  There will be food served at the Bobcats game but… $$$. We will also be eating after AMP TIME that night but that will be close to midnight.

4:00pm – Departing for Charlotte. If you are going to be late, PLEASE notify me (Cody) ASAP.

6:00pm – Arrive at Time-Warner Arena (Trust me, 2 vans+30 people=2 hours at least to Charlotte). Check-In and enter arena

7:00pm - Atlanta Hawks vs. Charlotte Bobcats

9:30ish – At the conclusion of the Bobcats game, our group will group move down into the lower section seats to begin Amp Time (which includes our speaker, games and prizes)EVERY CHURCH will have at LEAST one student participate in the games.  Please be in prayer for John Armstrong as he preaches the gospel and that hearts will be open to Jesus Christ Friday night.

11:30pm – Amp time will end.  After Amp Time we will be serving pizza and soda in the concourse of the arena.

12:00am – Our group will be leaving and heading to the Sports Connection where we will remain the rest of the morning until 5:00 AM. Here we will have laser tag, bowling, arcade, inflatables. Fun Fun Fun.

5:00am – Load up and head to the hotel to fetch our drivers

5:30am – Head home

7:30am – Arrive @ Brookwood. Check out http://www.twitter.com/FrontlineNC for our progress on the way home. We will keep it posted so you will know exactly when we are going to arrive.

8:30am – Please have ALL kids gone…please I (Cody) will need SOME sleep!

What to Bring:

• Yourself
• Something small and convenient to transport money
• Money if you want souvenirs from the game
• This is a Lock-In you don’t need much!
• Something to eat on the way down… we will NOT be stopping for el foodo.

What not to Bring:

• Drugs, Tobacco products, Alcohol, weapons etc.
• Anything (shirts, bags, hats) with any questionable logos, slogans
• mP3 players of any sort, portable game systems, or anything that you don’t want stolen or left (cause it will be and we aren’t going back

What to wear

• Dress in layers. It’ll be a cold November night, you’ll want to be warm. There will be inflatables, you’ll need to get cool. Got me?
• PLEASE do not dress in clothes and shoes that are not comfortable.
• We will be playing, dress appropriately or you may be watching

Due: On or before October 18th, 2009 @ FSM Sunday Nights
Where: Charlotte, NC
What: Watch the video… (ours includes Pro Basketball, Word of life games, Pizza, laser tag, bowling, arcade, inflatables, and more)
Who: All FSM students and every friend you can bring! (Grades 7-12)
When: Friday, Nov. 6th – Saturday, Nov. 7th (Leave after school Fri and be back before noon Saturday.)
